Contract Description & Lots
This procurement aims to support the green transition and international cooperation within the Textile, Clothing, Leather, and Footwear (TCLF) ecosystem. The contract is divided into three distinct lots:
· LOT 1 (WP3): Expertise and Technical Studies for the Green TCLF Services and Tools Inventory.
· LOT 2 (WP4): Training Expert and Hub Manager for Living Lab Setup.
· LOT 3 (WP5): Expert for Bilateral Agreements and SME Mentoring.

Eligibility & Selection
Participation is open to natural and legal persons who meet the economic, professional (e.g., GRI or CSE Sustainability certification), and technical capacity criteria outlined in the tender documents. Tenderers may apply for one, several, or all lots.
